RETURNS & REFUNDS — THE HONEST VERSION
We make everything just for you the moment you order it. Here's exactly how our return policy works — no fine print, no runaround.
Returns — 30 Days, Unworn, Tags On.
Changed your mind? We get it. Life happens. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange — no explanation needed.
To qualify for a return your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags still attached
- Returned in original or similar packaging
We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery. If it smells like your perfume and has a coffee stain, it's yours now. We said what we said.
Sale Items — Final Sale.
All items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale. No returns, no exchanges, no exceptions. Sale prices are the trade-off — we think that's fair and so do you.
How to start a return:
- Email us at savageshelf@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll reply within 1-2 business days with your return address and instructions
- Ship the item back — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5-10 business days
We absolutely fix it if something goes wrong on our end.
Damaged on arrival, misprint, wrong item, manufacturing defect — we fix it immediately, no questions asked. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at zero cost to you.
This covers:
- Damaged items on arrival
- Significant print quality issues
- Wrong item received
- Missing items from your order
Sizing — please read before ordering.
Comfort Colors 1717 runs slightly large. Classic fit — order your normal size. Oversized vintage look — size up one. A size guide is on every product page. Please check it before checkout as we cannot cover returns due to sizing if the correct size information was available.
Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.
Damaged or wrong items:
Email savageshelf@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We respond within 1-2 business days and sort it fast.
Lost packages:
Once your tracking shows delivered, the package is considered delivered. If your tracking shows stuck or never updates for 10+ days, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
